Dino: American Cover Boy
We were so proud to receive our copy of the American publication ''Dogs In Review'' this month. Our lovely black male ''Dino,'' who was shown in the UK during 2011, graces the cover of DIR's International Issue.
Dino was a multiple BIS winner here in Britain, and is continuing his winning ways across the pond with handler Amy Rutherford!

Ricky Rocks On...
This weekend at South Wales Kennel Association, CH Afterglow Maverick Sabre won his 5th All-Breed BIS...making it 3 in a row at British championship shows!!! This incredible boy goes from strength to strength!! We are so proud of him both in and out of the ring!

Weve had the most amazing month!!! There were 4 different all breed Championship shows held in the UK in September, and our dogs won Best In Show at all of them!!!
First, Ricky the Standard went BIS at Richmond under judge Liz Cartledge....the following week Pearl was BIS at Darlington under judge Anne MacDonald....and Ricky came back to win Driffield under judge Robin Searle and at Belfast under Rod Oldham!!!!
Beautiful babies...
In an earlier post I mentioned ''Trinidad,'' the tri male who has been such a good producer for us. Now his son George, or CH Afterglow Dragon Quest, is just beginning to show us what he can do as a sire.
This young male, called Artie, is a George son, and displays the same lovely balance, elegance and outline that we love in his father. And more importantly, he's a total clown and sweetheart! He looks set to have a promising future in the show ring.
We are also excited about our young litter out of our lovely black & white ''Trinidad'' daughter Afterglow Quaking Aspen.
We never showed Aspen due to time constraints, but she is an outstanding girl with so many virtues including, once again, an adorable personality.
We bred Aspen to our elder statesman Blue (CH Blue Murder over Afterglow...a puppy from Am CH BowK's SitN Pretty's quarantine-born litter) earlier this year and she gave a lovely pair of black and white bitch puppies.
One has gone to a show home here in Britain, and the other we are running on to see how she matures.
We think she shows a lot of potential!
